Instructions:
- Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo rolling mat.
- Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori.
- Flip the nori sheet so the rice is facing down.

Ingredients:
- Pork bones (femur and neck)
- Water
- Kombu (dried kelp)
- Dried shiitake mushrooms
- Ginger

- Ramen noodles
- Chashu pork (braised pork belly)
- Ajitsuke tamago (soft-boiled marinated egg)
- Nori seaweed
- Menma (fermented bamboo shoots)
Instructions:
- Blanch pork bones in boiling water for 5 minutes to remove impurities.
- Rinse the bones thoroughly and place them in a large pot.
- Add water, kombu, shiitake mushrooms, ginger, garlic, and green onions.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 8 hours, or up to 12 hours, skimming off any scum that rises to the surface.
- Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Assemble the ramen by placing noodles in a bowl and pouring hot broth over them.

Yakitori Recipe
